Services

By Telana Thompson provides freelance digital services including, but not limited to:

  • Website design and setup

  • Backend systems and integrations

  • SEO foundations and keyword structure

  • Platform setup (Squarespace, WordPress, Shopify)

  • Brand and design assets

  • Digital and business tool integrations

All services are provided as agreed in writing prior to commencement.

Quotes & Pricing

All pricing displayed on this website is indicative only. Final pricing is confirmed via written quote after reviewing project scope, complexity, and requirements.

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges and will be discussed prior to proceeding.Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your quote or invoice.
Work may not commence until the required deposit or payment is received.

Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information and content

  • Supplying required access (platforms, domains, hosting, etc.)

  • Reviewing and approving work in a timely manner

Delays in communication or content delivery may affect timelines.

Content & Assets

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Clients retain ownership of their content once full payment has been received

  • By Telana Thompson may showcase completed work for portfolio or promotional purposes

Stock imagery, third-party plugins, themes or fonts remain subject to their respective licenses.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included as outlined in your agreed scope.
Requests outside scope or excessive revisions may incur additional fees.

Limitations of Liability

By Telana Thompson is not liable for:

  • Loss of income, data, or business interruption

  • Third-party platform issues, outages or changes

  • Client-supplied content errors

All services are provided with reasonable care and skill, but outcomes such as search rankings or performance cannot be guaranteed.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice.
Work completed up to termination will be invoiced accordingly. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled under Australian jurisdiction.
